Effective Date: March 25, 2026. By using the Dynamite Details website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment or submitting any information.
Services and Scheduling
Appointments and Pricing
All appointments are scheduled through Square. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Service pricing shown on our website represents general ranges and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific needs. Final pricing is determined at the time of your appointment or during an in-person estimate. Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment with no penalty.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit, which will be applied as credit toward your next visit.
- No-shows forfeit the full deposit amount.
Payment
Payment is processed through Square at the time of service or upon completion. All services are reported to CarFax as part of our standard documentation process.
Vehicle Condition and Liability
Standard of Care
Dynamite Details exercises the highest standard of care with every vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions including:
- Paint defects, oxidation, or rust
- Loose trim or moldings
- Cracked or damaged glass
- Mechanical or electrical issues
- Any damage not disclosed before service begins
Clients must disclose all known vehicle issues prior to the start of any work.
Paint Correction Disclaimer
Paint correction involves machine polishing of the clear coat. Results depend on existing paint thickness and condition. We measure paint depth before beginning correction work and will advise you of any risks or limitations. Paint correction cannot add material to the clear coat — it can only refine what exists. Deep scratches that have penetrated the clear coat may be improved but not fully removed.
Revivify Coating Warranty
Revivify coating warranties are provided directly by Revivify and are subject to their terms, conditions, and maintenance requirements. Dynamite Details is not the warrantor of Revivify products but will assist in warranty claims as your certified installer.
Satisfaction Policy
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any service, contact us within 48 hours of vehicle pickup and we will work to resolve the issue.
Marine and Aviation Services
Marine detailing services are 100% mobile. The following terms apply:
- A travel fee of $50 applies within 25 miles of our studio location.
- Additional fees may apply based on vessel condition, size, and location at our discretion.
- A deposit is required to schedule all marine services.
- Excessive mildew incurs a $35 surcharge.
- Estimates for marine services are provided free of charge.
Aviation detailing services are subject to the same general terms. Additional requirements may apply based on aircraft type, location, and access.
